Studio Spin & Core
Join Us for a Spin!
60 minutes of intense exercise: 30 minutes of an aerobic class using special stationary bikes and 30 minutes of core conditioning. Studio Spin & Core combines a foundation of basic cycling movements with motivational instruction techniques, breathing awareness and great overall conditioning.
This activity is a non-impact, individually paced cardiovascular exercise. Inspirational music and a non-competitive environment ensure a fun, effective experience for participants of all fitness levels.
Please Note: You will need to sign up at the front desk to ensure a bike for your class!
